Valorem Reply is hiring a Manager for the Data & AI team to lead the development of modern data platforms using Microsoft cloud technologies such as Fabric and Databricks. The role combines technical leadership, customer-facing data governance and roadmap planning, project delivery oversight, proposal and sales support, and coaching of team members. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, 12 years of industry experience including recent enterprise-scale data platform management, and extensive experience with Microsoft Azure, Databricks, data governance, and modern data platform architecture.
