Staples is hiring a Team Manager to lead its Data Engineering team and manage both associates and the applications work within an assigned area. The role combines people management, vendor oversight, performance and recruitment, agile collaboration, process improvement, and the implementation, stabilization, maintenance, upgrade, and enhancement of data applications and infrastructure. Candidates need a computer science degree or relevant experience, at least three years of data engineering management experience, at least six years of data warehouse and data pipeline experience, expertise in distributed systems and database systems, knowledge of PowerBI and Looker, and high proficiency with Google Cloud Platform services.
