BioAgilytix is hiring a full-time, on-site Data Management Manager in Durham, North Carolina. The role manages daily and weekly data-management execution, staffing, workload, schedule adherence, quality, compliance, risk escalation, KPI reporting, capacity planning, process improvement, and team development. It directly supervises individual contributors and frontline supervisors and requires regulated data-delivery experience, people-leadership experience, knowledge of data-integrity and industry data standards, and proficiency with data-management platforms and enterprise systems.
