KnowledgeWorks is hiring a Manager, Data Operations and Insights to coordinate data operations, knowledge management, insight sharing, data governance, workflows, and project coordination for its Implementation and Evaluation team. The role builds and maintains data and knowledge repositories, develops repeatable insight products, supports data infrastructure and AI-enabled tooling, and improves organizational learning and decision-making. Candidates need substantial experience in data management, project or program coordination, knowledge management, and applied research or evaluation support, or a related degree with the specified experience.
