Addepar is hiring a Manager, IBOR Operations in Pune to lead the operational integrity of its Investment Book of Record across corporate actions, investment accounting, cash, performance, valuation, positions, transactions, and reconciliations. The role manages a Data Operations Lead and Analysts, establishes quality and reconciliation metrics, escalates complex trade and data issues, partners with Product and Engineering on tooling, and oversees hiring and team development. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least 9 years of investment or portfolio operations experience, strong knowledge of corporate actions and reconciliation, and experience with globally distributed teams; SQL, Python, database management, and portfolio accounting platform familiarity are preferred.
