AffirmedRx is hiring a Manager, Data Operations to lead a specialized team responsible for the accuracy, reliability, security, and governance of client eligibility and accumulator data. The role owns SFTP setup and management, coding automations, change control, file ingestion and egestion, monitoring, and troubleshooting, while also serving as Scrum Master and communicating directly with clients. It requires a related bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of data operations or related PBM/TPA/adjudicator data experience, hands-on PBM experience, people management experience, and willingness to travel 10–20%.
