CI Financial is hiring a Manager, Data Operations to lead the reliability, scalability, and operational excellence of enterprise data platforms and pipelines. The role manages Snowflake and related platforms, CI/CD and release controls, monitoring, incident response, data quality, security, and operational standards, while leading and developing Data Operations engineers and developers. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least seven years of relevant experience including two years in leadership, and strong hands-on experience with Snowflake, cloud platforms, SQL, Python, and data operations. The position follows an in-office model requiring onsite work four days per week and offers a base salary of $69,500 to $119,500 plus bonus eligibility and health insurance coverage.
