Manager Data Operations at Veeva

Veeva Systems is hiring a People Manager to lead one of its Data Operations teams and manage approximately five Veevans and multiple curators. The role focuses on process improvement, data quality, team performance, stakeholder collaboration, and hands-on data analysis while partnering with Product Management, Data Engineering, and Data Science. The position requires at least five years of people leadership experience, process-improvement expertise, spreadsheet proficiency, and English communication skills; life sciences, data-product, and SQL or Tableau experience are preferred. It is a remote Spain role with total compensation of 40,000–60,000 EUR.
