Description
Scout Motors is hiring a hands-on Manager, Data and AI Engineering to lead Data Engineering and AI Engineering teams and deliver enterprise data platforms, pipelines, AI-enabled applications, intelligent agents, and Generative AI solutions. The role includes technical architecture, team development, governance, security, scalability, operational readiness, and Agile delivery leadership. It is based primarily at Scout Motors' corporate headquarters in Charlotte, North Carolina, requires 4–5 days per week in the office, and includes occasional travel. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least 7 years in relevant technical disciplines, and at least 3 years leading technical or Agile teams.
