Description
CarGurus is hiring a Manager of Data Platform & Operations Engineering to lead the reliability, scalability, and day-to-day operations of its enterprise data platform. The role owns the platform roadmap across ingestion, orchestration, storage, and observability; sets SLAs, cost, security, and quality controls; establishes operational best practices; and partners with internal customers to prioritize capabilities, resolve incidents, and improve developer experience. The manager will also grow and lead a team of data engineers, provide technical leadership, and contribute to the company’s data strategy and governance.
