Description
Safety National is hiring a Manager, Data Platform to lead a team responsible for designing, building, enhancing, and administering enterprise data platforms that support analytics, reporting, and business operations. The role partners with Data Engineering, Analytics, Infrastructure, Architecture, and Operations teams; champions automation, governance, scalability, reliability, and platform modernization; and mentors the team. It requires at least five years of data platform or data engineering experience, experience leading technical teams, and hands-on experience with cloud-based platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. The position is hybrid, requiring at least three days per week in the St. Louis Corporate Office, and offers a target base salary of $101,500 to $131,000.
