The Manager, Reporting & Insights leads reporting, analytics, and insights solutions for NAB’s Delivery, Intelligence & Innovation team and major programs. The role designs dashboards, defines performance metrics, translates data into actionable insights, ensures data quality and governance, and leads and develops data analysts and engineers. It requires significant experience in reporting, analytics, large data sets, SQL, PowerBI, stakeholder management, and team leadership, and offers a hybrid work model with healthcare, leave, bonus, and development benefits.
