Description
The Manager, Data Science will lead and mentor a team of data scientists, partner with business and technology leaders, and shape the organization’s data science strategy and practices. The role involves analyzing complex datasets, applying statistical analysis, machine learning, and predictive modeling, developing and scaling data products, evaluating solutions, conducting simulations and experiments, and communicating insights to technical and non-technical audiences. Candidates need three years of related experience, two years of management and administration experience, a bachelor’s degree in computer science, statistics, or a related field, and proficiency in Python, SQL, noSQL, ElasticSearch, Microsoft Office, statistics, NLP, and machine learning. The position offers a base salary of $128,500 to $276,000, plus potential bonus, incentives, and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
