Capital One is hiring a Manager, Data Science - Model and Script Enhancement (MASE) Compliance to own and execute computer code review and Model and Script Enhancement (MASE) compliance processes. The role assesses whether scripts meet regulatory intent, identifies high-compliance-risk scripts, prepares and reports Code Design Intent Review (CoDIR) assessments, and explores GenAI or other automation opportunities. Candidates need a quantitative degree and data-analytics experience, along with experience in open-source programming, machine learning, and relational databases; Python, SQL, Java, and banking regulatory compliance experience are preferred.
