The role focuses on exit readiness, diligence, profitability improvement, forecasting, scenario and predictive modelling, board and management reporting, and the application of AI and large language models. Candidates should have accounting or finance certification, consulting experience, deals or M&A experience, strong data and financial-modelling skills, and interest in AI/LLM techniques.
