FRP is seeking a Debt Advisory Manager to assist clients with debt-related challenges, optimise capital structure, and provide strategic guidance. The role involves managing transaction processes, preparing information packs and presentations, conducting financial analysis, building financial models, evaluating financing options and covenants, developing client and stakeholder relationships, and negotiating commercial terms. Candidates should have debt advisory, leverage finance, corporate finance, or related experience, preferably three years, along with strong financial modelling, communication, and relationship-building skills.
