ASX is hiring a Senior Manager, Default Management to expand the execution, portability and resilience pillar of its Default Management team. The role develops default-management operating models, playbooks, procedures and evidence; establishes operational readiness for portability, transfer, collateral and settlement continuity; tests broker and counterparty execution readiness; runs fire drills and simulations; builds communications and escalation frameworks; and supports governance, regulatory and participant engagement. The position requires at least seven years of financial-markets experience, project or programme delivery experience, governance and control experience, strong stakeholder management, and relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent professional experience. Hybrid working is supported, and candidates must be legally authorised to work in Australia on a permanent basis without restrictions.
