The DSA Manager will build and lead a team of Delivery Solution Architects serving major customers across the Southern Europe, Israel, Middle-East and Africa region. The role combines commercial growth, customer adoption, technical leadership, and team management, with responsibilities including hiring and coaching, account assignment, customer escalations, growth forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration. Candidates need 10+ years of customer-facing experience, prior leadership of solution-architecture or customer-success teams, cloud, data, and AI experience, production-workload experience, and fluency in Italian and English. The role is based in Milan, Paris, or Madrid, with an Italy pay range of €134,400–€184,800.
