Dr. Reddy’s is hiring a Manager Demand Planning for its North America Supply Chain team, based in person and hybrid at the Princeton, New Jersey office. The role leads demand forecasting and planning across multiple time horizons, coordinates with sales, marketing, finance, and supply planning teams, supports inventory and S&OP activities, maintains forecast accuracy and bias reports, and applies AI and analytics to improve forecasting and process automation. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, supply chain, or a relevant field, plus five years of experience for a master’s degree or seven years for a bachelor’s degree in demand planning, forecasting, or supply planning.
