Description
Rillet is hiring a Manager, Deployment Team - Accounting Solutions to lead and grow its implementation team and oversee the onboarding and deployment of its Rillet platform for clients. The role manages implementation projects from kickoff through go-live, develops processes and documentation, coordinates with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and client stakeholders, analyzes business processes, handles data migration and reconciliation, and manages integrations. Candidates need at least seven years of accounting, audit, advisory, or related customer-facing experience, three years of people-management experience, and ERP implementation experience; the role is based near New York City or San Francisco, open to relocation, or remote from anywhere in the United States, with a hybrid schedule.
