Description
NBCUniversal is hiring a Manager, Design & Development to lead the design, development, and production of lifestyle accessory categories across licensed and vertically integrated brands. The role manages product concepts through tech packs, prototypes, approvals, manufacturing guidance, and launch execution; partners with licensees, vendors, manufacturers, and internal stakeholders; and uses 3D design, AI tools, draw-overs, and creative direction to deliver commercially viable products. The position requires a bachelor's degree in fashion or product design, at least five years of relevant experience, and a hybrid schedule with at least four office days per week. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, and the salary range is $105,000 to $125,000, bonus eligible.
