CBE Companies is hiring an onsite Manager, Desktop Services in Cedar Falls, Iowa, to lead desktop administration, endpoint technologies, asset inventory, licensing, IT support, incident and problem management, and continuous improvement. The role manages and mentors desktop administrators and US-based help desk personnel, coordinates with global support teams, and partners with infrastructure, security, application, and vendor teams. Candidates must be able to obtain government clearance, hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and have 3–5 years of desktop support or related IT operations experience plus 2 years of people management experience. The starting pay range is $73,000–$75,000 per year.
