Description
SentinelOne is hiring a Manager, Detection Engineering to lead its Rapid Response Team and a team of five or more senior to staff detection engineers. The role combines hands-on detection engineering with technical leadership, including developing and reviewing detections, managing threat triage and incident coordination, overseeing hiring and performance, protecting team capacity, and driving automation and process maturity. Candidates should have detection engineering and people-management experience, hands-on detection-as-code and multi-engine expertise, knowledge of adversary behavior and MITRE ATT&CK, and experience in fast-moving, SLO-driven environments. The U.S. base salary range is $164,000 to $226,000 USD, with medical, dental, and vision coverage and other benefits.
