Description
Telenet is hiring a Developer Platform Manager to lead the foundations engineers depend on, including CI/CD pipelines, developer tooling, an internal developer portal, golden paths, and MCP and AI-assisted development capabilities. The role owns the platform vision, roadmap, budget, adoption, reliability, security, compliance, and team performance, while collaborating with architecture, technology leadership, engineering leadership, and cybersecurity. The position requires an engineering, architecture, or software delivery background, experience leading engineering teams, familiarity with modern delivery technologies, and the ability to manage a budget and communicate with both technical and executive audiences. The role is hybrid, requiring office presence at least three days per week during the first six months, with remote work on other days.
