Description
The Manager, Development will lead the ALS Association’s signature fundraising events and support local third-party events, including recruiting and retaining event-committee members, managing logistics and promotional materials, meeting income and budget goals, and cultivating corporate and individual donors. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience, at least three years of relevant fundraising, event-management, volunteer-development, public-relations, donor-cultivation, or corporate-sponsorship experience, and proficiency with online fundraising platforms, donor databases, and office software. The position is remote from Pennsylvania, Ohio, or Washington, DC, with Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania as the preferred location, and pays $49,440 to $59,196 annually.
