Description

Future Caucus is hiring a full-time Manager, Development to lead institutional grants management and fundraising writing. The role owns the grant lifecycle from prospect research and proposal development through reporting, renewal, and stewardship; develops institutional fundraising strategies; manages the grants calendar and internal workflows; and supports senior leadership on donor relationship and multi-year gift opportunities. The position is hybrid in the Washington, DC metro area, with an anticipated start in November 2026, and requires at least four years of experience managing multi-year, six- and seven-figure grants.
