Eagle Hills is hiring a Development Manager for its Belgrade Waterfront project in Serbia. The role leads development activities from concept through completion, coordinating design, construction, commercial, legal, and stakeholder activities; managing budgets, risks, quality, timelines, and commercial viability; and ensuring alignment with the company’s design guidelines and market strategy. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in architecture, 6–8 years of experience in real estate, urban planning, or mixed-use development, at least four years in a management role, and fluency in Serbian and English.
