Description
Team Rubicon Canada is hiring a full-time Manager, Development to build donor and corporate relationships, identify and manage grant opportunities, oversee fundraising reporting and analytics, process donations, and support fundraising campaigns and partner events. The role reports to the Director of Development, can be hybrid or remote with occasional travel, and requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of progressive development or fundraising experience, and strong relationship-building, analytical, and leadership skills. The pay range is $65,000-$75,000, with benefits including professional development, paid volunteer time, vacation, sick time, and holidays.
