Description
The ALS Association is hiring a remote Development Manager to lead revenue-producing events and fundraising activities across Arkansas and surrounding areas. The role manages Walk to Defeat ALS, endurance, and distinguished events; develops corporate and individual giving relationships; mentors team captains; analyzes fundraising data; prepares grant proposals; and oversees budgets, databases, and event logistics. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, 2–5 years of development, sales, or fundraising experience, event-planning experience, and the ability to travel up to 25% of the time. Compensation is $49,440–$59,196 annually, with healthcare benefits and other employee benefits available.
