The Manager, Development will lead the ALS Association’s signature fundraising events and support local third-party events from a remote Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania-based territory. The role manages fundraising income goals, event committees, corporate and donor relationships, budgets, promotional materials, and collaboration with event, care services, marketing, and giving teams. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience, at least three years of relevant fundraising, event, volunteer, public relations, donor cultivation, or corporate sponsor experience, and proficiency with donor databases and office software. The position pays $49,440 to $59,196 annually and includes healthcare benefits, a 401(k) match, disability coverage, life insurance, well-being benefits, paid time off, and paid holidays.
