Welltower is hiring a Development Manager, Wellness Housing (US) to manage assigned wellness housing projects from site identification and pre-development through construction turnover and community launch. The role coordinates underwriting, feasibility, due diligence, entitlements, design, construction, third-party consultants, operating partners, and portfolio reporting, while supporting capital approval and process improvement. It requires a bachelor's degree, 5 to 8 years of progressive real estate development experience, and approximately 40 percent out-of-area and overnight travel across the United States.
