NeoXam is hiring a Manager DevOps to join its Indian team and lead developer platform engineering for its financial software products, including NeoXam DataHub, NeoXam IBOR, NeoXam Aro, and NeoXam Impress. The role covers platform development, infrastructure and application CI/CD automation, team leadership and mentorship, cross-functional collaboration, technical guidance, and enablement. Candidates should have at least three years of platform engineering leadership experience, extensive software development experience, cloud and infrastructure expertise, containerization and orchestration knowledge, DevSecOps familiarity, and experience with serverless platforms and SaaS projects.
