Description
NVIDIA is hiring a Chip Design DFT/Post Silicon Manager to lead the transfer of DFT technologies to post-silicon bring-up and production testing across Switch, NIC, and SoC products. The role defines characterization and validation techniques, plans coverage and quality metrics, coordinates tooling and methodology handoffs, and resolves cross-functional gaps. Candidates need an electrical engineering degree or equivalent experience, at least 8 years of DFT, IC silicon validation, product engineering, or test engineering experience, and at least 2 years of managerial experience, along with strong technical, analytical, leadership, and cross-functional communication skills.
