Description
ACSI is hiring a Manager Digital & Technology to lead the digital transformation of the organization and manage its Digital & Technology organization across the Netherlands and India. The role owns the technology roadmap, portfolio, capacity, prioritization, development, release, adoption, platform quality, AI, automation, security, data, cloud, CRM, apps, and platform architecture, while leading approximately 30 colleagues in Andelst and Pune. The manager reports directly to the Director Finance and is a full member of the Management Team. The role requires at least 8–10 years of relevant IT management, digital transformation, or platform development experience, strategic management experience, experience leading internal and offshore teams, and strong technical seniority; experience in e-commerce, travel, or platform organizations is preferred.
