Description
Justworks is hiring a Manager, Digital Sales to build and lead its new commercial motion from the Phoenix office. The role manages Digital Sales Advisors, owns conversion, bookings, sales velocity, product adoption, and seller productivity, and improves the digital buying journey through sales plays, customer and behavioral signals, experimentation, automation, and cross-functional partnerships with Product, Marketing, Analytics, Revenue Operations, and Engineering. The position requires experience leading high-velocity sales teams, coaching consultative selling, building sales motions, analyzing funnel and customer data, and working with AI and automation; it is an in-person role in Phoenix.
