ASM is hiring a Process Engineering Manager to lead process engineering for a key Atomic Layer Deposition product group. The role manages product-process engineering teams, sets and implements processes, develops and executes technology and product roadmaps, leads product lifecycle management, manages development performance and cost, drives continuous improvement, supports existing products, and manages relationships with key customers. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or science field, at least 10 years of semiconductor equipment development experience, a record of building products on time and within budget, and the ability to lead, recruit, develop, and scale engineering teams.
