Enterprise Products Partners L.P. is hiring a Directory Services & Messaging Manager to lead a small, senior IT infrastructure and operations team responsible for identity, messaging, cloud, endpoint, and collaboration services. The role owns hybrid Active Directory and Entra ID architecture, Exchange hybrid and Exchange Online, Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Purview, and related security and automation controls, while also contributing to architecture, incident response, documentation, and cross-functional delivery. The successful candidate must have seven years of progressive IT infrastructure experience in large hybrid enterprise environments and five years leading technical staff, with availability for 24x7 escalation and on-call support.
