FLO is hiring a Manager, Distribution Channel Management – Residential to lead and optimize its partner network distributing FLO Home solutions in Canada. The role manages channel structure, partner onboarding and activation, performance monitoring, forecasting, S&OP, operational coordination, and continuous network improvement. Candidates based in Quebec City work hybrid with remote and in-person collaboration two days per week; candidates based in Montreal work remotely with travel to Quebec City. The position requires a relevant university degree, at least seven years of recommended experience in channel management, partnerships, or distribution, knowledge of operational processes and logistics, CRM and reporting skills, and fluent French and English.
