Description
Grab is hiring an experienced operations leader to head Driver Core Operations in Malaysia. The role oversees driver onboarding, support, payments, and quality assurance; owns operational performance and service standards; partners with Driver COE, BPO, and other teams; drives automation, technology adoption, and process improvements; ensures readiness for product launches and regulatory changes; and develops a high-performing team. The position reports to the Head of Operations and is based full-time at Malaysia's First Avenue Office.
