ALSO is hiring a Manager of Drivetrain Test Engineering to lead the development and validation of electromechanical actuation systems for its light electric vehicle platforms. The role manages a team of test engineers and technicians, owns the drivetrain validation strategy and laboratory operations, develops test infrastructure and automation, and leads cross-functional validation and root-cause investigations. Candidates need extensive experience with EV powertrain testing, electromechanical systems, validation methodologies, and engineering leadership.
