DHL Group is hiring an Employee Data Administration Manager to lead the Employee Data Administration function in its APAC HR Shared Services operation. The role owns employee data integrity, audits and compliance, process standardization, KPI monitoring, and the automation and digital transformation of HR services through RPA, workflows, and AI. It requires a bachelor’s degree and at least three years of leadership experience in shared services or operations, with a strong track record in transformation, process improvement, and automation.
