Description
The Manager EHS Systems owns and continuously improves enterprise EHS management systems across regulated pharmaceutical and manufacturing jurisdictions, including Europe and the USA. The role covers global EHS policies, risk assessments, objectives, metrics, management reviews, audits, CAPA effectiveness, dashboards, root-cause analysis, change management, training, and stakeholder influence. It requires 7–10 years of EHS, management-systems, or compliance experience in biopharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, and experience implementing EHS systems and leading audits; hybrid or site-based work with 10–20% travel is expected.
