Transguard is recruiting a Manager – eLearning for its Onboarding Team in Dubai. The role leads eLearning initiatives from strategic planning through development, implementation, evaluation, and quality assurance. It manages instructional designers and content specialists, collaborates with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams, applies instructional design and adult learning principles, oversees project delivery, tracks program effectiveness, and incorporates current eLearning technologies and innovative blended-learning methods. A graduate degree in a relevant field and 5–7 years of L&D, training, or content-creation experience are required, including at least three years in managerial or leadership work; a master's degree and CIPD certification are preferred.
