Description
Helion is hiring an Electrical Engineering Manager to lead and grow a team of electrical engineers designing high-voltage and pulsed-power circuits for fusion hardware. The role owns technical direction, execution, and delivery; coaches, develops, and hires engineers; partners with mechanical, controls, systems, and test teams; and balances rapid iteration with safety in multi-megajoule systems. The position requires an electrical engineering degree, significant experience in power electronics or high-voltage circuit design, and at least two years of people leadership experience.
