Hyliion is hiring a Manager, Electrical Engineering to lead and develop its electrical engineering team while remaining hands-on with KARNO generator electrical systems. The role owns high-voltage power electronics, battery systems, wiring harnesses, hardware architecture, schematics, testing, safety, reliability, supplier coordination, design standards, hiring, performance management, and cross-functional integration. It requires a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and at least 10 years of hands-on electrical engineering experience, including 3+ years leading engineers while remaining technically active.
