L3Harris is hiring a Manager, Electrical Engineering (Product Development) in Bristol, Pennsylvania, to lead a multidisciplinary product development team responsible for embedded hardware systems for airborne telemetry, radio frequency, secure communications, and flight-critical aerospace applications. The role oversees hardware architecture, circuit and FPGA design, VHDL implementation, integration, testing, reviews, requirements, configuration control, and transition to production, while managing workforce planning and engineering processes. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree and at least 9 years of related experience, or equivalent graduate and experience qualifications, plus at least 4 years of engineering leadership experience and 5 years of embedded hardware experience. A United States Secret security clearance must be obtainable and maintained.
