L3Harris is hiring a Manager, Electrical Engineering in Cincinnati, Ohio, to lead and develop electrical engineering staff supporting product development and production for ordnance and electronic safety and arming devices. The role manages requirements, design, testing, failure investigations, design reviews, technical interfaces, resource planning, hiring, performance management, and staff development, while also supporting program work as a Staff-level Electrical Engineer. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and at least nine years of related experience, or equivalent graduate-degree and experience combinations, along with extensive analog and digital electronics, power, communication, simulation, and hardware design experience.
