Strivector Corp is hiring a full-time, onsite Electrical Engineering Manager in Cincinnati, Ohio, to lead and develop electrical engineering staff supporting product development and production. The role oversees requirements, concept, detailed design, testing, design reviews, and failure investigations; provides staff-level technical support; and designs analog and digital ruggedized electronics for ordnance applications. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least nine years of relevant electrical engineering experience, the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance, and experience with analog and digital electronics, power conversion, communication buses, simulation, schematic capture, and board layout.
