Description
The Manager, Electronics & Firmware will lead the design, development, integration, and commercialization of electronics and embedded firmware platforms for Cytek's flow cytometry and imaging instrumentation. The role combines people leadership with hands-on technical leadership, guiding electrical and firmware engineers through architecture, prototype bring-up, verification, manufacturing transfer, and sustaining support. Responsibilities include mixed-signal electronics, FPGA and GPU-based data acquisition, embedded firmware, hardware integration, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional product development. The position requires a bachelor's degree in electrical or computer engineering, at least 8 years of experience developing complex electronic and embedded systems for scientific or medical instrumentation, and 3+ years of engineering management or technical leadership experience.
