Northrop Grumman is hiring a Manager of Manufacturing Engineering, Level 2 to lead RF/Microwave Manufacturing Test Engineers in a microelectronics manufacturing facility in Rolling Meadows, Illinois. The role oversees testing of Integrated Microwave Assemblies for Electronic Warfare systems, coordinates with internal organizations, and manages proposal preparation, capacity forecasting, test equipment and fixture development, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. The position is 100% onsite, requires a bachelor's or master's degree in electrical or computer engineering with the stated experience requirements, US citizenship, and the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance. The primary salary range is $153,800 to $230,800, with potential overtime, shift differential, and discretionary bonus.
